At Independent Nursing Services, we believe you are our best source for identifying other qualified healthcare professionals. To show our appreciation, Independent Nursing Services will pay you $100.00 for every RN referral that we hire. $75.00 for every LPN referral that we hire. Simply complete the requested information below, and once your referral completes 80 hours of service, we will send you a check. It’s that easy! Recruitment Bonuses differ for pre existing employees. To qualify for this bonus, you must be 18 years of age. You must be a licensed Health Care professional or have at least 1 year of health care experience to be eligible. Only one referral bonus is available per hired employee. Payment of Referral bonuses cannot be split.
